Members Club
A waiting list is open to anyone who is interested in considering
purchasing a
property in any of the forthcoming developments.
Once the
waiting list has reached a certain level a club
membership system will
be launched.
Club membership will entitle the member to make reservations
on
projects in any country and to register an “early-bird interest”:
there
will be no legally binding commitment at that stage.
Typically the formal reservation payment procedure would start when Aurore Group confirms the unconditional purchase of a specific site and a fully bonded deposit and scheduled works programme as follows:
1. 2% - 5% reservation deposit held in escrow by notary;
2. 29% payable on signature of the formal sale agreement;
3. 33% payable on completion of foundations;
4. 17% payable on completion of curtilage;
5. 6% payable on completion of internal fit out;
6. 5% payable on formal completion of the unit;
7. 5% payable on formal handover of the property.
Purchasers should be aware that the European equivalent of stamp duty, notary fee, mortgage arrangement costs and so on will add at least another 10% to the purchase price of these new properties.
