PHILIP HOWARD, the founder of Aurore Group, has been involved in the property sector since 1982. In 1990, having completed a significant number of residential developments in London, Philip also became involved in the healthcare sector.

Since 1993 he has advised a number of American, British and French clients on acquisitions and business plans in the retirement care www.activeadultretirementcare.co.uk, www.subacute care.co.uk, www.greencircleenergy.co.uk and aesthetic surgery sectors in the Benelux, France and Germany.
Philip has also advised a leading European Bank on its real estate portfolio.

In addition to real estate investment and health care, Philip is championing sustainability in all aspects of the business and has funded Green Circle Energy to co-ordinate all sustainable and renewable energy solutions to each project and to consult and contract to third parties.

Philip is a past International Council Member of the Assisted Living Federation of America (ALFA), European Representative for the National Subacute Care Association of America (NSCA), Representative for the International Subacute Care Association (ISHA) and Representative for the International Association of Homes and Services for the Ageing (IASHA). Philip continues to champion subacute care .
Philip has carried out extensive market studies in the target locations and works with a diverse range of partners and consultants in the property, hotel services and healthcare sectors with special interest in renewable solutions in these sectors.
