GCE, working with leading cost consultants and quantity surveyors, will quickly assess the damage and produce a “road map” for the client. This road map will identify the key areas for urgent action to remedy and stabilise the position. GCE will assist the client in mediation and litigation to advice debt/events wherever possible.
GCE can prepare business plans, including cash flow forecasts with variables, for clients for funding purposes as required.
GCE is happy to discuss working on a conditional fee agreement based on a percentage of savings or recoveries made for the client
